   It was Valentine’s Day , we had a 7 pm reservation and the service was the worse I’ve ever had anywhere. It took over an hour for our food then when it arrived they didn’t have 2 items we ordered. And didn’t tell us until she brought our food out . Then they had run out of baked potatoes and there cheddar biscuits We ordered 2 drinks and one sat at the bar until we asked where it was . Very disappointed and will never go back to the Fairlawn location

   We made a reservation for 7:00 pm. When we got there the doors were locked and they were closed. We could see a few people sitting at the bar through the windows. But no tables were filled and didn’t look like much was going on. Very weird! And was very disappointed. They didn’t even have a sign on the door explaining what may have happened. Another couple arrived same time as us and was frustrated and confused also.

   We had a reservation the restaurant was empty and they sat us next to the workers rolling up silverware talking loud. We had to remind the waitress to bring our drinks out after she already brought us our appetizers and our salad, that had tomatoes on it after we requested none. Our salmon had a hair inside of it-the waitress saw the hair. The manager came to the table and said to us “I’m not saying there wasn’t a hair in it, but I didn’t see it” we were polite and asked for another salmon. Nothing was taken off our bill. Overall we are not going back and don’t recommend.

   It was nice to see a lot of people dining there. Our server Becky was nice and attentive. Food was great. Will definitely go back

   I took my nephew to Red Lobster for his birthday. The best part of the visit was the server…she was very attentive & knowledgeable. Negatives were that the restaurant was freeeezing that there was no longer a crab leg dinner option, which was the reason my nephew chose this restaurant. We may due by ordering another meal that included a couple of crab legs, but definitely not what he was hoping for. And I feel the prices were expensive for what was received.
