   Overall it was fine but we were disappointed by the beef in the large platter being too dry to eat. We pointed it out to the waiter who just said he would tell the kitchen staff. The burgers were happily devoured, and chicken tenders were good. Just a shame about the beef.

   A nice warm welcome, with offer of a birthday shot which was a nice touch. But neither of us drink alcohol so maybe the offer of a birthday drink would have been more apt. I enjoyed my meal mostly and the ambience was pleasurable, however I found the food temperature was more than disappointing, the fries were barely warm and tasted like they’d been sat around for a little while before being served. The only thing that arrived satisfyingly hot was the macaroni cheese which was amazing! The servers were great and the overall experience was ok. I will return with the hope for hotter food next time but not being one to complain in the moment, I’ll just not return if I find the same issues a second time. Thank you for an overall ok experience though! 😊

   Save your money over priced and was over cooked and dry and mash was lumpy and well to much pepper in it beer was flat and didn't even taste it had been in the smoker big waste of money

   The BEST burger I've ever had i highly recommend coming here, you won't be disappointed. Great atmosphere and the staff were fantastic, very helpful and attentive. Will 100 percent be coming back, well worth the 2 hour round trip for sure.

   When I travel to Southampton this is a place I like to go too but this was Not a great visit Staff were friendly enough and changed the first flat pint for another flat pint Decided to leave disappointed and eat at another restaurant Won’t be returning anytime soon

   Great food but over priced. Poor service. No one checked on us during the meal to ask if all was OK or if we needed more drinks. Would have stayed longer for pudding and more drinks if offered but as we weren't we left Food was lovely but prices are high for what you get. Took ages to get the bill even though the place wasn't busy.

   Whilst the good old bourbon traditional American burger bar is a nice concept, I feel this restaurant is lacking. The food is mediocre at a high price, to be honest I’ve had better burgers and fries and FIVE GUYS.

    Got told to wait at the bar for our table to be ready. Had to wait 10 minutes to be served a drink while waiting for table. 15 minutes later and we got showed to our table. Ordered food and when starters came they were pretty much chucked at us along with cutlery as if the waitress had something much more important to be doing. The starter was cold and if my partner is complaining then it really isn’t like it should be. The kitchen made a fresh one and was so much better. While eating main meals we were never approached regarding our meal or another drink offered. The hostess apologised for the service and the food.
