The space and design are absolutely top notch. Amazing views and ambience. After being sat, waited a long time for service. The operation seems under-staffed. The staff that was there was friendly and professional, however we felt a bit rushed by our servers demeanor (perhaps working too many tables). While the appetizer was amazing, it arrived prior to the bottle of wine we ordered. The signature entree was tasty and impressive. However, the other service related matters only made the overall experience feel a bit average considering the establishment and name reputation.

Second time I had breakfast at Ramsay Kitchen with a friend waitress was wonderful as the busser are. The wait staff and busser staff all pitches in to get tables ready. The morning staff defintely up and beyond Chef Ramsay standard the morning staff runs like a well oil machine and above

Everything was wonderful. We had the Sticky Cauliflower for an appetizer and Beef Wellington and filet mignon for entrees. Everything was cooked perfectly and was extremely flavorful and fresh. The side of roasted romanesco had a unique spicy flavor. Dessert was the highly-recommended Sticky Toffee Pudding that was topped with a very different tasting burnt cinnamon ice cream that we had never tasted before. The noise level in the restaurant was low enough that you could carry on normal conversation. Service was excellent, and the entire staff was very friendly. Our server, Anthony, was outwardly personable, attentive and very helpful.

We arrived around 615 for a 630 reservation and they would not sit us early. Understandable but very aware. We went with the waitress recommended appetizers of crab cakes (TONS of crab) and sticky cauliflower. For entree we had beef Wellington and truffle risotto. Everything was delicious. The table next to us has an issue with the temperature of their meal, and the staff replaced and apologized very quickly. We were going for our anniversary and received a dessert with ice cream and brownie. It was all great and we would come back again.

My wife and I celebrated our 33rd Wedding Anniversary in which I stated when asked the “occasion” when making the reservation. Our reservations were for 7:00pm, Friday 11/29/24. We were FINALLY seated at 7:29. What’s the point of reservations?!?! House music was playing, too loud, constant thumping, it got old FAST. We couldn’t hear each other talk! There was no recognition of our anniversary, not that I was expecting a bugle call or parade… but geez as I said earlier why did they ask the “occasion “? Food was great , Waiter was great…, but next time??? Maybe Texas Roadhouse…??? For my first impression I was hoping to be blown away by the Ramsay Experience noting Chef Ramsay is very critical of details… but sadly, I’m still left hungry. -Best Regards Peter Van Gorkom

Everything we ordered was very good! The cocktail menu had some great specialty cocktails. Sticky cauliflower and tuna tartar were delicious apps. Everyone loved the beef Wellington. Two in our group had scallops with pork belly and said they were the best they had ever had. Mac and cheese was creamy and gooey. And the sticky toffee pudding was perfect.

An absolute 10/10!!! The staff was amazing, food was impeccable, and everything was gorgeous! I had the Salted Caramel espresso martini, St. Louis style ribs, Pan Seared scallops, and the Chocolate Tart. Everything I ordered was a 10/10 for me.
