The place has been open for a minute now, so we figured the kinks may have smoothed and decided to check the place out. Despite arriving on time for reservations, we were subjected to a tedious wait, where we saw others waiting as well. That put a dampener at the start of the experience. The hostess was courteous. They may be short staffed as there were many tables that sat around with menus in hand and servers, as we would also experience, not all that present (similar experience from others on Yelp). We did bring a bottle of wine which proved to be a challenge for their staff; they broke the cork. I would encourage any restaurant that has the potential to serve older bottles of wine to invest in a Durand wine opener. In any case, they did a pretty good job with decanting and filtering the wine, while we had appetizers. The food here is good, though not all that memorable. The sticky cauliflower was the standout. The octopus was good, while the bread was a bit dry and mediocre. Other than some upgrade to the sauce of the beef Wellington (which we didn’t get), there were no other specials to comment on. We did have the beef Wellington which was pretty good. The halibut and risotto were ok. We did add a lobster tail for additional variety; it was plated rather plainly with a slice of lemon. We all liked the side of truffle fries. We concluded with the sticky toffee which met expectations. As for service, there were some other missteps like having to ask for the drinks menu, then bringing the food out before the silverware (and having to ask for silverware), having to flag down help to refill water and to ask to replace our table lamp that went out. They need a floor manager and more attentive staff. Due to the earlier wine experience, they did waive the corkage and decanting fees, which was nice. 20% gratuity was automatically added (ok). I did like that we could pay the valet parking with the check. Overall, it was an OK/good experience. 3 stars.

Get ready to spend some major money for not a lot of food. The ambiance is great. But the food prices are over the top. $66 for risotto with only 2 scallops. A rib eye for $100 that does NOT include any sides. They don’t even serve bread. I will never go back there. Not worth it.

Christmas day. Limited menu, but still service was very slow. First time at this new location. Tried signature dish beef wellington, while it was good, I was dying over how good it was, especially at $75. Scallops were perfectly cooked and best thing they brought, however to an entree and again the price was not justified. We got sticky cauliflower which is just battered fried cauliflower with basically sweet chili sauce. Tuna tartare was boring and too salty. Bread service. Please. Get the dinner rolls they have a the store, you could have had 4 trays worth. 3 people $370 and we only had 1 bloody mary and can of coke. So. It's a beautiful place, but it was beautiful before Ramseys and actually based in what I ate I preferred Cinder House. For the money which isn't an issue with me, there are like 50 places I'd choose first.

The food is pretty mediocre for it being Ramsays restaurant. After eating at Hell’s Kitchen in Las Vegas. I had very high expectations for ramsays kitchen in Saint Louis. Was utterly dissapointed. It was very surprising that most of the food was lacking flavor.

A beautiful restaurant with a great view. Had dinner there on Christmas Eve. The food and service were both great. A little expensive ($200 for two) but well worth it for a special occasion.

Beautiful view of Gateway Arch from top floor of Four Seasons. Gordon’s signature menu items did not disappoint. For me the Potato Leak Soup, of all things, stole the show. Unexpected and exceptional. Everyone in the party had a memorable meal. Service was good and the pace relaxed.
