The ambiance was fine, but the prices were ridiculous for the food you received. I won’t go back. There are much better restaurants in OKC that also have excellent food, but give twice the portions, and are half the price.

The food was outstanding. But we had a reservation and it was not honored very well. We were seated more than 30 minutes after our time. Many others seemed to be seated late as well.

This was our first visit to Ramsay’s Kitchen and we weee excited to try it. We had a reservation and restaurant was moderately busy, but they left us waiting for a table for 25 minutes even though there were plenty of open tables. No apology or explanation. Party of 4 - salads were best part of meal (3 Wedge and 1 Harvest salad). Tomatoes were requested to be left off salad, but instead they left off dressing. Notified waiter who brought dressing but no blue cheese crumbles so had to request those, too. Despite the inconvenience, small salad was sizable and very good. They were out of 3 items on the menu at 7 PM when we ordered and it is a limited menu to begin with. Two ordered the special steak and frites and two ordered the seafood spaghetti. (Server removed salad plates with silverware but didn’t bring new and as a result 2 had to wait to begin eating until requested and delivered.). Steak was cooked fine but somewhat tasteless. Spaghetti was much better. Salt and pepper had to be requested. Water refills had to be requested. There are too many great options in OKC to have a mediocre meal for $250 (with tip) for four. Probably will pass on returning since there wasn’t much to brag about - either food or service. It was all fine, but expensive and just average.

We’ve been to Ramsay’s kitchen twice and both times the service was impeccable and the food has been outstanding.

The experience is nice, but the food isn't of the quality that it was when it opened. We've been a few times now and steak that was supposed to be medium is medium well (and sliced, so they could SEE it before they delivered it), the parker rolls are more dense and less flavorful than they used to be, the leek soup was fine at best - relying on the bacon as a crutch to flavor it. The crispy skin on the crispy skin salmon was fantastic - unfortunately the salmon itself was overcooked. Their mocktails have been great every time we've been, including this time. Not everywhere does a good mocktail, so kudos to the bartender and whoever crafts the drink recipes.

We have been to this Ramsay's kitchen before and it was 10/10. Today, it was the complete opposite. We came in on a Monday early lunch. There were only four tables between three servers. We ordered two appetizers, three entrees, and one dessert. Our server did not tell us that they had run out of certain ingredients. She told us of the substitutions in our dishes as the plates were being served to us, giving us absolutely no input on if we still wanted the dishes. The RK burger was ordered without onions or mayo but it arrived with it. Our server said it was her fault and took the burger back. New one was brought to us by another server about 20 minutes later. She never returned for a long time so I couldn't even ask for ketchup for my truffle fries. Our server would frequently disappear. Our whole family needed refills but was unable to find our server in the near empty restaurant. We ended up asking a different server for the refills. Our toffee pudding sat under the light for so long that half the ice cream had melted by the time it was brought to the table. We sat at our table helplessly watching our dessert melt away under the heat lamp. Server did not comp the late burger. Instead, she charged the burger twice on our bill. When asked why it was charged twice, she said it was so they can have accurate inventory in the system. Like everything else, she had an excuse for every issue. We would have loved to discuss the problems with the manager but he kept to the side private room on his laptop. He only got up to get drinks and lunch for himself and walked with his hands in his pockets, making it unapproachable. This restaurant does not deserve to operate under the Gordon Ramsay name. It should honestly be featured in Nightmare Kitchen.

Terrible service and the food was not very appetizing at all. I don’t think I’ll be back.
