I had high expectations based on the reputation of the restaurant owner, however, the material on the cloth bar chairs was filthy, and the fries that came with the burger were soggy. Otherwise a good experience but didn’t expect that from someplace in the Mandrin. There are a lot of good restaurants in Boston that wouldn’t make those amature mistakes.

Very expensive for what we received. The smallest oysters ever seen. Prawn cocktail was simply 4 prawns and tomato sauce. Beef Wellington under seasoned. Toffee pudding was tough and dry. Overall no return

Lobster Bisque, Beef Wellington Dinner with side of scallops and Potato puree, Filet minion, side of scallops, Mac n cheese, brioche rolls, Sticky Toffee pudding & Lemon/Blueberry Cheesecake. I have traveled 4 times to eat at restaurants from Maine. Brought my sister for her birthday to have the scallops with her Filet. Everything was absolutely amazing other than the scallops, they did not have the sear as we have seen on tv and seemed mushy but prior reviews said they were amazing. Our waitress was amazing and checked in to see how the food was, and we stated other great things other than the scallops and explained the reason why we came for dinner. She apologized that it was not normal. Plate was taken with scallops to check with the chef. Manager came an apologized and had a conversation asking questions including what hotel we were at. Waitress came back with a plate of 4 scallops in a dinner portion to replace our scallops that mind you we did not ask for. They were seared and cooked perfectly and AMAZING! Waitress stated she could not let us leave without the best! My sister was then brought a lemon/blueberry cheesecake with a Happy birthday sign and candle that they lit for her and the sticky toffee pudding for the rest of us and again amazing. The waitress even took the time to take a picture of myself, my sister and niece in front of the Gordon Ramsey picture :) No charge on the scallops or cheesecake. We thanked each other and we went back to our hotel. Upon return a staff member was leaving our room and said we left you a gift for your birthday. A card stating a birdie told us it was your birthday, a bottle of champagne, 2 glasses, and a box of treats. Totally amazing! The staff at the restaurant always goes above and beyond, this is total proof! We asked for nothing and said Hey everyone has an off night and yet they still went the extra mile and then some! Sorry we did not get the name of manager or waitress, but this was on 03/19/2025 with a 5 p

I had an incredible dining experience at Ramsay's Kitchen with a group of 12, and I can't praise the service enough! Lorna was exceptional—her extensive wine and food knowledge truly elevated our meal. She helped us select the perfect pairings. Highly recommend Ramsay's Kitchen for any large gathering!

VERY LOUD. Had a table reserved in the lounge and was told it would be quiet. Actually had to step out to the lobby to have a reasonable conversation.

I was a fool reading and ignoring the bad reviews. If you enjoy fine dining and top notch amenities and service, make a different reservation with any other restaurant. I feel Gordon Ramsey owes my Husband a personal apology and myself $300. Your restaurant is trash. It’s dirty, I’ll spare cleanliness for good food or low price but seriously, disgusting for just upscale dining, nothing near fine dining, the food was subpar overall, and service was that of a McDonald’s cashier, actually a McDonald’s would’ve been better. So disappointing.
