   We arrived for a planned bridal brunch and the host and everyone at the Beer Garden seemed to have no idea about any type of reservation for a bridal brunch. Service wasn’t horrible,however, we had just 1 waitress for almost 25 people! Could’ve used at least 2 waitresses for that amount of people.

   Not a great first impression. Food was ok and the service was not great. We were served our appetizer and after five minutes of no further attention, I had to get up and get silverware and plates so we could eat. Ordered a different beer the second round and received the same one. It wasn’t crowded so not sure what the problem was. You live and learn as they say.

   We had the reservation and went to this place 5 min before the reservation time. The host asked us to wait, but after waiting 15 mins no one bothered asking us anything. When we went back to the host she says she doesn’t know how long it will take, and doesn’t know where we will be seating. CRAP! We left to a bar nearby.. 1 star…

   I was one of two of our party of five that got to RBG first. While being sat, the hostess let us know that a server would be right over. Our friends were running about a half hour behind, but we were still excited to grab a drink and appetizer before they made it. After 20 minutes of seeing multiple employees on their phones inside and 3-4 at the hostess stand and not being greeted, I returned to the host stand to confirm if our table outside was full service or bar since we hadn’t seen anyone come out. The hostess got very nasty and said “I thought you would want to wait for the rest of your party.” When notifying our server, we overheard the hostess say our server, “go luck, they’re going to be hard ones.” Once we were very pleasantly greeted, we had a wonderful evening enjoying the great food and drinks with really great service from Elizabeth. We were only left wondering why someone with such a sour attitude is the first person guests encounter when coming to such a fun spot.

   I’ve been here twice with my sister on visits from NY. The staff are always very nice, the food is really good and the beer selection is extensive. I like the leather couches they have near the front but the second time we went it was too cold to sit there with people coming in and out. It’s very casual and comfortable. We will come back when I’m in town again.

   My dinner arrived, after I asked for it twice, 30 minutes after my husband's. It was pizza, and it wasn't clearly explained to me why it was served so very late. It turns out I should have canceled the order, it was terrible. It's difficult, in my opinion, to make pizza that terrible.

   It is a beer garden and emphasis is on alcoholic beverages. I thoroughly enjoyed the beer and the St. Patrick’s night energy. But, the food is a secondary issue. The menu is limited and the choices average. I would go back in a minute for a few beers but not for the food
