   Our burger came out raw (we asked for medium), and when we questioned the doneness we were brushed off. Food was mediocre and lukewarm.

   The food was good at all, however the atmosphere is nice and children will enjoy it. The service was good, but I think they should try changing the quality of food served.

   They were shortstaffed and the waitress never checked on us or asked us if we needed anything. It took a really long time to get our food and it was extremely overpriced.

   Don’t waste your money! Service was horrible. No attention to the customers… Food was beyond disgusting! How do you get shrimp wrong. So sad that as beautiful and detailed of a restaurant that you can have really bad service and really really bad food

    They seated us more than 30 minutes after the reservation time. (We all were there before the time of our reservation.) It took about 90 minutes for the food to come out after we ordered. The waiter was wonderful and tried his best. Strangely, people who were seated at a table next to us 45 minutes after we were seated received their food 30 minutes before we did. The manager apologized and comped a lot, but this was ridiculous. Management needs to undertake a serious analysis of their procedures.
