   Food is fantastic! Steak cooked perfectly. Drinks are fun too and come in a fun cup you get to take home.

   Got there a tad late for reservation that was at 8. Got a text at 8:08 that our table was ready. We had two elderly grandparents with us so it was a little harder to make our reservation on time. When I check our party in the older man at the host stand was very rude and made some snarky comments about us being late. Didn’t catch his name but his customer service was very poor. Our waitress although was good and took care of our family and gave us very well service.

   We had reservations, but they were running behind. It took awhile for someone to even come to our table to take drink orders. But the waitress was very good after that

   The experience was just “meh.” Honestly, we probably won’t be back because the value for us just isn’t there. We made a reservation and still had to wait about 20 minutes for a table after the reservation time. That’s absurd. Check in was unorganized. Where does one go once you text them that the table is ready? Do they go back to the check in stand? Do they wait in the long line behind 20 other people, thus delaying things further? Do they walk up and break line? It was a hot, busy, unorganized mess and we were confused. Other people were confused too. This was all before sitting down. Once seated, our server was great. That is the star of the show. Service was really good. She was pleasant and had a great sense of humor. The food though? Not worth the price. No one got sick. That’s the only positive thing I can say. One would expect a busy resturant to turn out hot food. Our appetizer was lukewarm. The mashed potatoes on my husband’s plate were cold. My stir fry was swimming in sauce (literally) with maybe 5 bites of chicken for $23. Kid’s meals come out 10-15 mins before adult meals which is weird as we all wanted to eat together. Please ask your customers if they want that when they order. We don’t. We want to eat together as a family. It’s super weird and the person dropping off the food doesn’t even explain that the adult meals will follow in a few minutes. You’re left thinking “where is my food”? It’s just odd.

    Great customer service! Disappointed about a limited draft beer opinion due to out of stock. However, nice overall experience!
