    We had reservations but still had to wait for a table. The waitress was horrible. We barely saw her. The food was not great. And the volcano dessert was so dry.

    The experience was fun. Lots of people and if you didn’t have a reservation they were telling ppl a 2-2.5 hrs wait. Food was so so. Server was very attentive

    This location never disappoints, and has become a tradition with the grandkids. Service is great. The food is good- not outstanding. We will return every time we are in Galveston.

    Waitress forgot it was my husband’s birthday so we didn’t get our birthday dessert. The ride was really cool and food was okay.

    The food was delicious, the service once seated was fast. Face painters and balloon artists visited the table to add the kids entertainment. My only complaint was the wait for a table, even with a reservation.

    The food was absolutely terrible.... Way too much sauce on the Asian dish, the fajitas chicken over cooked, and kids plate pasta was so bad. I had higher expectations for the food. We have eaten at the one in Orlando several times and never had an issue
