   We had a party of 7. 3 birthday celebrations. The food was good, the service was not. The waitress was barely at our table. Drinks were not refilled or 2nd rounds asked for. All used dishes stayed on table until meal was over. It was a Sunday night, restaurant was fairly empty. Once we ordered our 2nd drinks, it took forever to get a bottled beer and a seasonal margarita, AGAIN...fairly empty restaurant. We tipped right at 12.5% due to the party size. Should have spoken with the manager...but we were frustrated and just didn't have the energy. If we weren't with the extra family and a newborn, we would have.

   Probably the worst sashimi and rolls we have ever had; as old as they come. I have eaten all over the world and have sushi at least three times per week, and it was awful. My wife said the exact same thing. Fish was a week old at least, and the rice on the rolls were terrible. I thought RA would be reliable since I hit the one in Newport Beach often. Wrong.

   Our food was amazing, but the service was awful. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks. After 2 hours some of our party never got their food. Our server never rang it in. Our cups were not refilled. Service was terrible

   Very pleasant first time experience, we appreciate the manager Erik with a K and staff for giving us an educational experience as well explaining the different types of sushi’s. Thank you guys we will be dining again this week.

   My girlfriend and I were celebrating an anniversary. We had Caleda as our server. Her energy was AMAZING! So bubbly, fun, and welcoming! The food came out in a timely manner and tasted great. We will definitely be returning!

   We have been several times. This was our last. The last few times the service was not good. My food was good but my friends steak was cold. Sad it use to be great but now not so much.

   The waiter took awhile to get to us to take our drink order. The drinks came separately which was fine. However the food arrived at separate times, with the first person getting theirs ten minutes prior to the rest of the party. (Only 3 of us). There were quite a few bar flies in the restaurant section which often means the bar area isn’t kept clean. The food ( tunacado, ramen and poke bowl) was great though and loved the ambience.

   I like RA sushi but there’s not much that compares to the sushi place near my house in Goodyear. So really anywhere I go seems very expensive in comparison.

    Our Server Chase was very patient with our group since it was our first time. We all really enjoyed the ambience atmosphere, the food was amazing and the music was wonderful!!
