   Felt like you were more at a Hampton Inn than a four seasons. Very sterile no atmosphere. Would not recommend this restaurant

   First, I want to thank you for the hospitality. Valet service was excellent and so was the golf cart driver. Being a Marriott Employee and a senior hospitality person with extensive knowledge of service etiquettes, I hate to report that the wait staff lacks LOTS of training. Our servicer, I think his name is Mohamed, barely wore a smile and failed to describe menu items or discuss any specials that the chef had for the evening nor asked if we have any allergies... He also had very limited interaction with us. We are visiting from the Southeast of the US and it was our first experience with a Four Seasons Property in Morocco. Although the grounds are beautiful and the ambiance was very inviting, our dining experience on the other hand was very mediocre. I say this not merely as a criticism, but as a constructive one. Main issues: * Lack of knowledge of service etiquettes * Lack of guest service interaction * Lack of thorough knowledge of the menu I urge you to call the staff for a back to basics crash course.    Delicious entrees of beef rags and risotto. Both very rich. Table side tiramisu was amazing, rich espresso flavor and delicious light cream. Highly recommend.

   Increíble lugar e increíble comida. Es una lástima que un lugar de esta altura no tengan valores y se roben los objetos olvidados. Olvide unos lentes muy finos y NO los regresaron. Se los robaron. Es una lástima porque no solo habla mal del restaurante, sino del hotel y del mismo País.

   Great good! Wonderful service! Highly recommend for dinner when in Morroco. While Quattro is noted as an Italian restaurant, they offer a delightful menu show casing a wide variety of local seafood. They are also very accommodating of dietary restrictions.

    We dined at Quattro previously because of the convenience, we dined again because of the great we had previously. Seated at our favorite pool side table, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The food is a work of art and delicious! The serving staff made our dining an event, even finishing our meal with a pot of Moroccan Mint tea. I recommend Quattro as a dining experience you should not miss when visiting Morocco
