    The check in process was absolutely horrendous. Had a 5pm reservation, stood in a crowded line on the stairs for 15 mins despite having a reservation, didn’t get seated until 5:20pm and didn’t order food until 5:35pm. People without resos were seated before us. The server definitely tried to make up for it and was great, food was great as usual. Starting off on a bad note really ruined the whole vibe of the place and dinner though. Such a bummer!

    Great food, but they allow too large of tables of kids and they let restaurant get taken over by kids in ipads..

    Great food. Staff was attentive and amiable. Tables were a little closely spaced, and the music was a little too loud. But otherwise a great experience.

    Incredible service. Incredible preparation, presentation, quality, and flavor of food. A lot of kids, and the exposed plumbing takes away from the overall. I will be back to try more menu items. Food is that good.

    I celebrated my 50th birthday with my family on a very busy holiday season evening. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Although we did wait a bit longer than we anticipated to having a reservation, it wasn’t terribly surprising for the season. From the front door check in to picking up our coats from coat check after our meal, our time at Quality Italian was exceptional. Our server was excellent, and the food was some of the best I’ve had at a restaurant in quite some time. We were served the outstanding filet meatballs on the house, and they were absolutely the best meatballs I’ve ever had in a restaurant. A must order! My daughter and I both ordered the spicy lobster rigatoni a la vodka, and it was to die for. We’re still talking about it! My husband and other daughter had the daily special fusilli with filet ragu, and it was also outstanding. We were served the gnocchi entree to share, also on the house. It was delicious as well. I will remember this meal for a long time, and Quality Italian will be on my NYC list of “must go to restaurants” to return to and to recommend to anyone who asks where they should eat when they visit. We will definitely return. Thank you for making my birthday celebration one to remember!
