   Don’t let the name define the restaurant. We were not expecting the elevated white linen experience. The place is gorgeous, with French brasserie touches all over. The food is elevated as well. We enjoyed the snails and the spicy Caesar to start, then the Branzino and special French onion burger with tasty frites. Desert was not as great taste wise as the presentation, we had the salted caramel gateau which comes wrapped in plastic and dramatically pulled up to release the caramel sauce which then cascades over the cake and the plate.

   Extremely disappointing service. Waiter took 30 mins just to put in drink orders. Waited over 60 mins to get any food. Service was comoletely unacceptable and the staff should be pretty embarrassed.

   I enthusiastically recommend Quality Bistro. The food was excellent and the service friendly and attentive. I will definitely keep this restaurant on my "must visit again" list.

   Overall, the experience was very nice. However, the french onion soup was nowhere as good as it has been in the past -- it's definitely not the best in NYC anymore and certainly not worth the price being charged. The butter plate and giant croissant are excellent and the rest of the food, pretty solid. Very nice place in midtown for a nice meal.

   Couldn't have asked for a better dining experience! Food's amazing and the servers are extraordinary! Always try to squeeze in a visit when I'm in town. It never disappoints!!!

   The place was buzzing at 5:45pm when we arrived seated promptly and attentive service including a card and complementary bubble for our anniversary. Food was delicious and just enough for both of us. Abel was a perfect server attending to our every needs and with great food recommendations! NYC is a big place but you didn’t disappoint!

   First visit to Quality Bistro and we were very impressed. We had a pre-theater reservation and they kept us on pace without being rushed. Loved the atmosphere - the music added to the ambiance without being too loud. Service was attentive and professional yet friendly. Our meals couldn’t have been better. We’ll be back!
