Quaintrelle is a 7 course tasting menu restaurant highlighting the seasons by utilizing the most of the moment ingredients. We source directly from local farms, foragers, and ranchers. Chef Chris Hibbs loves simplicity and technique driven dishes, with a splash of modernity and surprise. Wine pairings are also available. We highly recommend participating in our full chef’s tasting menu but, ordering any of our dishes à la carte is also an option, however the tasting menu requires full table participation.
We must be informed 48 hours prior to your reservation of any food allergies or restrictions. To notify us, please make a note on your reservation. We are unable to accommodate vegan, sugar free, or allium free meals.

Parties of 5+ are available for tasting menu options only and require a deposit of $75 per person, which will be applied to the check on the night. Deposit is fully refundable within 72 hours. 20% Gratuity will be applied to large parties.

Highly recommend the chefs menu… we opted for 7 courses which ended up being 9 with bread and an additional sorbet added. The ambiance was amazing; cocktails delicious. Def a special occasion restaurant for the price.

Don’t get sparkling water here when offered. They will charge you 20$ per person for sparking water. You’re better off getting the 18$ mixed drinks which are delicious. For a tasting menu priced at 155$ starting (not including any liquid for drinking) it just seems ridiculous that they charge 20$ for sparkling water… and they don’t tell you there’s a charge

The website does not make it clear that it is a prix fix menu, or that either all members of the party need to order prix fix or ala carte. This makes it difficult for those with small appetite. The food was mixed- some like the black cod quite wonderful and others very sweet, like the soup and salad.

Amazing service from Owen. We did the testing menu and added the caviar and pasta. All the courses were excellent including an apricot forward dessert with about 6 components on the plate. Wine pairing great. Nicely paced - The experience took just over 3 hours.

This was an outstanding dinner! The food was delicious, all outstanding flavors. Our server was also wonderful with many recommendations and explanations of flavors. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. In fact, I’ve already recommended it to several people. I will note that portions are small but the flavor and presentation makes up for that.

Be prepared to drop some serious coin here! Well worth it, just be aware if you have hearing-challenged guests with you- music levels can be a challenge.
