Second time at his restaurant, food is top notch for taste, a little expensive compared to comparable restaurants, service is sub par (on both occasions),seated by the overhead doors to the patio, found it uncomfortably cool, doesn't seem to be anyway to address this issue.

I would love to come back to Pyro for the ambiance. I really want to love the food too and I have been twice and the food is pretty good but the prices are high. When I am paying those prices, I want the food quality to be there. I ordered the beet salad which was $17.00 and there was little to no dressing and the feta cheese was missing. I had to ask the server for it. She did bring back a large portion of feta and apologized so that was good but I felt weird having to ask for it. Then when I tried the salad it seemed like the dressing was also forgotten. I also ordered the recommended bacon-wrapped scallops which were $18.00 and I got 4 tiny scallops. I did not think that was worth the $18.00 I paid. So all in for a salad and skewer of protein it was $35.00. I feel like that is extremely overpriced for the salad I received. The other guests at our table were very happy with their meals, Calamari, wings, fries & pizza. I really want to come back and I have a $50 gift card so I will be going again and I hope I have better quality food. The atmosphere there is really nice so I hope the kitchen can match the energy or we won't be coming back because it is too expensive for the type of food we received.

I went with some friends for lunch at PYRO recently and we all enjoyed it very much. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the Roman Banh Mi and it was great - quite different from the traditional Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich but a wonderful variation. Our server was very good. She provided helpful advice on ordering and was never intrusive. All is all, it was a very pleasant time.

We had a great experience at Pyro on Friday, Jan 3. Three of us ordered pizza which was tasty. The fourth ordered the Fattoush salad, which she found to be good. Pyro will become a regular on our rotation of restaurants we enjoy in Sherwood Park.

Was good. We were right in the thrust of the music. Enjoyed the music but was very loud. My shellfish was very difficult to get out of the shell. Steak was good. Didn’t care for the onion soup version. Loved the cut outs and photo opportunities.

The way the entire New Years event was planned was amazing, nice balance of food/beverage stations utilized between our sit down meal. Our server was so helpful and her personality made our evening even better, we will definitely return
