Went to PYRO for the first time for a birthday dinner. TLDR: wouldn’t recommend, vibes are nice, food is mediocre, the best part was the NA sparkling brut. Had Taco Bell after bc we were that dissapointed. Also they don’t offer a free bday dessert. Vibes and atmosphere were really cool, service and staff were nice. I appreciated that they gave us some NA sparkling brut to apologize for our table wait. Food overall was disappointing given the price. Nothing was “bad”, but definitely expected more. 1. Yellowtail Sashimi - 3/5, it was fine, nothing about it blew us away. 2. Crab Pasta - 2/5, also fine. Liked the amount of crab, but pasta sauce was congealed and there were shards of crab shell that we kept biting into. Flavor and texture reminded us of Rice-a-Roni pasta. 3. Scallop Risotto - 3/5, not sure what the flavoring of the scallops were but they almost tasted stale? Scallops themselves were large (came with four), risotto was good but wish there was more of it considering the price. 4. Aged Bone-in Ribeye - 3/5, got it in a 20oz and medium rare. Was super fatty, flavor itself tasted like char and brisket, overall bland. Their mocktails also need work - Blue Lychee tasted Blue with no Lychee, and NA Whiskey Sour tasted like Hubba Bubba bubble gum.

This was our first time here and WOW!!! Wow, wow, wow! This restaurant is stunning! The service was fantastic. Pyro was a vibe and was a packed house. The food was outstanding. The tuna tataki was the perfect balance of fresh fish and flavor. Do NOT miss out on the short rib skewers….OMG so delicious. Asian salad was so light and flavorful…..just YUMMM. The filet mignon with mushrooms was delectable, and the tomahawk was absolutely incredible. We will be back soon!!

This place was fabulous in every way. Husband and I ordered the meatballs and sweet potato to start. The Caesar salad and the rack of lamb and filet. Amazing food! We will def be going back! Our server Jake was top notch and made us feel like we were the only table there. Really was a special evening. Shoutout to whoever’s running that place.

This was our 4th visit to Pyro and it did not disappoint. Brought some out of town friends who thought the meal from beginning to end was sheer perfection. We were guided by our very knowledgeable server, Fiona, and she did a great job describing and suggesting different items. This is a great place to do a shared meal. Do not miss the sides, especially the green beans and the sweet potatoes!

I’ve been to this restaurant a couple times and had an excellent experience, specially with the food. Great choices and very tasty. I decided to reserve for New Year’s Eve and everything was wonderful, except for the fillet steak was a bit gamey tasting i’m covered up with the sauce that was brought with it. Hopefully it was just an off night for the kitchen.
