   My grandkids and enjoyed our time there. The food seems to be mediocre every time I eat there.

   6 of us went on a Wednesday, for daughters 21 Brithday. The waitress seemed annoyed by us but warm up to us after the second round of drinks. Then the food came. I ordered 4 carnitas tacos (recommended by a staff person there). They were dry, like they would have been tender at one point the past weekend but absolutely no moisture now. Everyone commented how little meat were on the tacos, there was more radishes than anything. My adult son got catfish burger. The inside had the texture of mashed potatoes (overcooked). No seasoning on crust and fries were cold. Next son got chicken and waffles. Waffle was spongie and the chicken was not cooked fresh. The crust provided a pocket shell around shrunken dense dry chicken meat. We have all had left over fried chicken from the fridge. This was it with hot oil. Two others got buffalo cauliflower (server stated they were very light on spices). It was extremely spicy, the crust was soggy enough to pull apart from the cauliflower when picked up. The one order of Knock off Burger was good yet the fries were cold. These boys are 6’5” 250#, and hungry yet only ate about half of food. The food wasn’t “good food just not to our liking”. It was bad food. I imagine the weekend kitchen staff could be different. Bill was $260 including $45 tip for waitress who served us well. Will never go back.

   Reservation was scheduled for 5:15. Arrived at restaurant at 5:05 and waited in line watching the hostess seat customers without reservations ahead of us. We were finally seated at 5:30. At 5:35 our server arrived at the table and greeted us by saying "I can take your drink order but cant take any food orders to the kitchen for at least another 30 minutes. The kitchen is backed up and can't take any more orders". The server got our drinks and offered to have a manager come over. I wantes to know why they were seating people without reservations ahead of those that had a reservation. At least 5 tables that did NOT have reservations were seated ahead of us and those tables ordered and received food before 6pm. At 6:05(35minutes after sitting down) we stil had not placed an order and.there was no indication we would be allowed to place an order. At this point, we chose to leave, and went to the concert we planned to attend and ate at the stadium. The management knew there were multiple events in Cleveland on this date and they failed to care about serving their customers. The fact that a manager NEVER approached us or communicated with us about the problem indicates this restaurant does not care about customers. Unless you have 3 or 4 hours for dinner..... Stay Away!

   We sat for 20 minutes with no service or drinks, so we got up and left. It was not busy, the waitstaff was hanging out at the bar chatting.

   Definitely an amazing experience! It was something different than all these other restaurants. An amazing atmosphere with awesome service and huge food portions. But not only that but it was fun. Yes, a restaurant was actually entertaining! With the free board games while you wait for your food, plus activities to do after you eat so you can work off all those GOOD calories! It was something different than anything else. I will definitely be back! With a bigger tip too!

    Our server was very accommodating and drinks and food were good. Great happy hour prices too!
