   Crispy octopus and calamari appetizer was the highlight. Fish of the day was good, not great, and garlic shrimp were small and mediocre. Vegetable sides were small and underwhelming (sweet potato and Brussels). We were told main dishes were a la carte, so ordered sides, but fish came with vegetables and shrimp came with potatoes. There was no air circulation and fans were few and far in between, so we didn’t happen to benefit. Finally, the dining chairs were the most uncomfortable I have ever felt in a finer dining restaurant, so we were physically uncomfortable throughout the whole meal. Overall, quite a disappointing experience. Especially after having fantastic food at the pool right next door, which we imagine is prepared at Puerto Manjar.

   Beautiful restaurant, excellent food quality and service. Next time I prefer to see the lobster I will eat for dinner prior to having the chef prepare it.

   Fish of the day repaired Mulata style was fantastic. Some of the best fish I have had. The waiters gave great suggestions. I would love to go back.

   Excellent food, service and view of the bay at Puerto Vallarta and sunset from our table. Expensive; but worth it. Best restaurant at Vidanta Puerto Vallarta.

   Puerto Manjar is a beautiful location to share dinner with friends and family. Nothing can beat the beautiful view and the ambience - and with delicious food and top notch service - this place is a delightful experience all around!

   Seated immediately upon our arrival with our reservation and secured a table with a view of the sunset. Our water was attentive but didn’t hover. Food presentation was lovely.

    Excellent service and food. The food can be a little spicy for some peoples’ tastes. Wine is very pricey for a relatively small pour! There are no wine prices on the Vidanta app, so be sure to ask pricing and poor size before you order
