    It was extraordinary ! We dined at chef’s table and Eric and his team put on a show of culinary talent ! Food from start to finish was outstanding . Would highly recommend as a “don’t miss” ! It will be on the top of our list when we return . 🥂

    Presentation seems to matter more than substance...Plates look pretty, however dishes are flavorless and bland. Overcooked snapper, chewy lobster, undercooked ravioli...Rude staff. Do not recommend.

    Great experience! Fantastic food and our server was pleasant too. I don’t however understand how 15% service charge is automatically added to the bill, yet an additional tip is expected ?!?!

    We have been the island twice, so far the best food though it didn’t live up to our expectations from a French-Italian chef.

    Always a pleasure to visit Eric on our trips to Turks. The meal was outstanding, and the service is always professional and friendly. Eric’s visit to each table is a special touch, it certainly makes his guests feel welcome.

    We dined at Provence on our previous visit and loved it then.Love it even more now .The Chef Eric is an artist in more ways than culinary. His dishes are a symphony of flavors , but the presentation is a true art for the eyes. The mushroom risotto was delicious and the pieces of asparagus in it were just perfect. Not raw, but still crispy. Strongly recommend the Creme brûlée duck foie gras .It was a genius creation of savory and sweet . Perfection.

    Truly a unique experience worth adding to your list of must try. The chefs table is a large U shaped bar that surrounds the kitchen. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy your company while watching the masters at work. Our party of 4 felt as if we were at our own table. The food, drinks and service were exactly what you expect from a Michelin style restaurant. Starting with the mixologist who crafted the perfect cocktails throughout the night. The amazing servers are equally passionate about the food and drinks and are very seasoned professionals at fine dinning. The food. Cannot say enough about everything we had . From the apps to desert every bite had flavor that just exceeded any expectations we had. If we had to choose our favorites we would highly recommend the nightly house specials which for us were the Milk feed veal chop or Pork Chop. Both sous vide and finished with the most favorable sauce and sides. Every bite was tender and flavorful. The deserts. Just when we thought we couldn't do anything else we ordered 3 deserts. All were amazing and had so much going on. Chocolate cake garnished with little homemade crumbles that burst with flavor, A pistachio cannoli unlike any cannoli you have ever seen or tasted, and a lemon meninge soufflé that was over the top. A must experience while visiting Turks. Easy walk in a safe neighborhood from our resort. Thank you Chef Eric and your entire Staff for a truly magical vacation that we will never forget.
