   The food was outstanding. We started with Oysters and their house made sauce was outstanding of this world. Our table shared the aged ribeye. It is a dramatic presentation that is worth seeing and it was perfect. We also had the Chilean Seabass - chef’s kiss.

   Start to finish...top to bottom, Collin and his entire staff do an INCREDIBLE job with everything...cocktails, wine, food, service, ambiance. The BEST in Steamboat!

   Best Food and service in steamboat hands down. Collin’s whole staff is trained and knowledgeable on all the menus. Seriously Prim Rose has been the best service you can get in the valley since they opened. Best food, cocktails, wine menu, liqour menu and service in the valley.

   Very crowded and despite reservation needed to wait 20 minutes to get a table but wait staff was very accommodating. Food is extremely good, especially the steaks. Sides however were hit and miss. Sauté mushrooms were tasteless and could have used some butter. Fries wimpy but flavorful. 301 salad best salad I have had in awhile.

   Great happy hour food and drinks, the dinner Brook, our server was wonderful. The guys had the aged beef served table side! Everything was awesome!

    We dined at Primrose for my birthday and got an early reservation for two on a Sunday afternoon. We enjoyed everything from the ambiance, our server, the drinks and most of all, the meal. Our steaks were fantastic. I highly recommend Primrose for an upscale dining experience!
