   I have no complaints. My wife and I enjoyed a nice anniversary meal out. The food and service were good.

   It was the absolute worst dining experience I have ever encountered. We chose Prime One for my birthday. A party of 7. When we arrived at 7:30 pm for our 7:45pm reservation, there was no parking inside the parking lot so we had to park outside on the road as there was a Greek festival being held in the lot. Once we got inside, we were seated promptly at (7:45pm)upstairs and greeted by our server almost immediately. Brandon our server and Neil our busboy introduced themselves right away. They took our drink and appetizer orders. Both Brandon and Neil checked in with us continuously as it was taking quite a while for anything to come out. It was Brandon’s witty personality that kept us entertained that we almost didn’t realize that almost an hour had passed and still nothing. At 9:25pm, 3 of the 6 appetizers arrived at the table and then some minutes later the first 3 drinks came. The other drinks finally came a few minutes later. Once we realized that it’s now 9:45pm and none of the other appetizers had come out, we asked for the manager. One of the servers said he had to go and get him as he and most of the restaurant’s staff were assisting the Greek function that was being held outside. That would explain why the remaining kitchen staff and the “wait” staff were being overworked and left feeling overwhelmed. It’s almost 10pm at this point and the manager finally makes his way back to the restaurant and up to us. We were all standing and ready to go and we explained to him that we were ready to leave and we would pay for the 3 appetizers and drinks but they could cancel the food as nothing had come out as yet and we were done! He apologized and offered to make it right. But it was too late. Perhaps if he had stayed in the restaurant to manage it, he would have been aware that he had guests that hadn’t been served in over 2 hours. A birthday dinner ruined! Wish I could award zero stars. Thanks to Brandon who tried his best to salvage the evening.

   The actual furnishings are very nice but otherwise my experience was poor and I likely will not be back. Firstly, when the party arrived, there was 90s club music playing at a level used for dancing. We were seated and there were strobe lights upstairs that were evident in the downstairs area where we were seated. I asked for the music to be turned because I could not have a conversation with the person sitting next to me without shouting. The music was turned down but eventually crept back to the same volume. I asked the waiter about the loud music and strobe lights and was told that there was a party upstairs. I explained that my group was also here for a celebration but obviously it didn’t matter. Anyway the food was tasteless. The macaroni’s cream I was able to pour from the small bowl it was in onto my plate. I complained about the macaroni, it was taken from the table and I was never offered another side. I was with an executive chef who wanted his lamb chops medium rare and they came out rare… The chicken was season-less as well… The list is truly endless with my complaints. I hope someone from Prime one actually reads this and makes modifications. If you could get a zero star you would have. Not a upscale restaurant

   They need to train their staff better. They have too many persons who are not knowledgeable about the food they’re serving, and I feel that they need more experience people in the kitchen.

   Great from the time we walked in! Amazing customer service and energy. Our waiter made us feel sooo good! Singing along with us, and gave me a great birthday celebration. Food 10/10!

   This was more than we expected. Was a very clean environment. Our waiter, Henry, was fantastic. The food was delicious and my wife barely made a dent in her entree as it was too much for her to eat. This is worth another visit!
