   This was my second time at Prime bistro and they always do an amazing job at making the entire experience special and memorable. I highly reccomend it to all of my friends and family- the food alone is incredible, but the service, the small touches such as the lemongrass hot hand towels at the end of the meal and the ambience really is such a treat. You have to try it!!

   Such a beautiful relaxing dining atmosphere. Soft background music and beautiful decor. Service is the best and the is delicious. Never disappoints.

   We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Prime Bistro and what a celebration it was! Everyone was extremely attentive, professional and first class! It was truly a fine dining experience and one we hope to recreate many times over.

   We went for our anniversary, and they greeted us with a beautiful oil/vinegar pairing as a gift (the group also owns Beaufort Olive Oil) and a card that the staff signed. Very, very thoughtful! The food was excellent, as usual!! I looked at my watch and we were there for just over an hour, but NEVER felt rushed. The cadence was on point and we felt well taken care of. It's a great place for a special occasion! Thank you, Prime Bistro!

   Fabulous service; great food and ambience. Water refill was always there. Rolls a dream. Pork chops and fish specialties are solid options besides steak. There IS something for everyone. Side dishes expertly prepared. Warning: we are all hearing impaired. We asked and received a round table, but placement wasn’t ideal. If you cater to older crowd, consider ambient noise. Such a wonderful option for Morehead City. Noticed they now serve Sunday night suppers. Great finale to a weekend.

    Service was excellent. My wife enjoyed the risotto, I ordered the 10 oz strip steak, MRare. It was well charred on the outside but rare to raw in the center… cooked over too high a heat. I expected better for a $65 steak. However, I must add that I did not complain about it, since I did not wish to upset my wife.
