Long Island’s Newest Restaurant is located in the heart of Lynbrook. Prime 39 boasts an intimate yet chic ambiance, bringing you a Manhattan Eclectic Vibe to Nassau County. While Prime Cut Steaks are at the center of our menu, you can also find some unique composed dishes under our Chef’s Creations, including Seafood and Vegan Entrees.     We really enjoyed our time at prime 39. The menu is a bit pricey and I didn’t love that they added the tip in for a party of three, but I get it. It definitely has a nice vibe to it and the music is on point. If you’re going to have dessert, definitely get the carrot cake, it was so good.

    It was a really good experience. The waiter was really nice. , will the chef was great The drinks were good. The food was amazing. I’ll definitely be going there again.

    Another great night at Prime. Food is always delicious and beautiful presentation. Service is impeccable - friendly, attentive and professional. The perfect place to relax and unwind. Happy Hour and Wednesday night prix fixe menu are a wonderful choice for a midweek night out. If you haven't been yet ,definitely give this hidden gem in Lynbrook a try.

    My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. The food and service was amazing. We really enjoyed everything. My husband had the pork chop and I had the branzino. Both were delicious. The only con was the loud music. They were playing rap with a lot of cursing in the lyrics which we did not appreciate.

    My family and I went to Prime 39 for my husband’s birthday. The food was good but the sprite and other drinks that were ordered was horrible. They were all water down. Other than that the service was good.

    Service and food were exceptional. NY strip was delicious- tender and juicy. Lobster Mac and Cheese was another winner! Enjoyed the experience!
