   This was our first time here. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food does take a little while to come out, but it's well worth the wait. It is expensive to eat here, but I would recommend the place for special occasions.

   This was one of the BEST restaurants we've eaten at. The service was impeccable, and the flavor of the food was very balanced. The crab cake was amazing with no fillers, and the pork belly appetizer was very tender. The Chilean Sea Bass entree wasn't fishy and balanced well with the mashed sweet potato. My husband's filet mignon was so tender, he barely needed the knife and it was cooked a perfect medium-rare. I would highly recommend the brussel sprouts as a side for the steak...great balsamic flavor, and chef's kiss for the lobster mac and cheese. You could actually taste and see the lobster. For dessert we chose the butter cake AND bread pudding, but the portion was so generous you could definitly split one if it's just a party of two. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions. The only issue I had was that it was quite chilly sitting in the atrium portion, beautiful decor, but cold. We will definitely be back for a special occasion.

   Everything that occurs here during your dining experience is deliberate, well planned and executed from the appetizer to the dessert. The attention by the waitstaff is the perfect level of concern and room for you to enjoy your guests, the experience and the food. The kitchen was incredible everything that came out was delicious, well presented and at the top handful of restaurants we consider near perfection. Hats off to Robin who made our night with his recommendations and attention to our requests. Chef, you have a great team in that kitchen. Well Done!

   My wife and I love going to Prime 102. The building exterior and interior are fun art deco. We choose to take the handy elevator up to the 2nd floor instead of the stairs - but we are aging. 10 years ago that would have been nothing. The service is always excellent. The drinks are good, but the food is better. USDA Prime steaks! Sides are always sharable. Tyler is fortunate to have a steak house/restaurant like Prime 102.

   The filet with the black garlic truffle butter was excellent. The ribeyes are great too.

    By far one of the only places I will highly recommend for a steak! I had read previous reviews about the steak being good, but I was so not prepared for a completely different level of flavor! 10/10
