We had a reservation and were seated in a timely manner. Hostesses were extremely friendly. Waitress Nicole was awesome. I had a sangria that came in a dragon goblet on fire. So fun. We ordered spinach dip with chips. Just so so. Our main dish was salmon and short ribs. Both were awesome.! Service on all fronts was great. Dirty plates taken away quickly which I personally love. Food very timely. Managers came by and checked on us to make sure all was well. It was our anniversary and I was given a rose and they also gave us a small chocolate and macaron dessert with a chocolate medallion Happy Anniversary written on it. Excellent!

It was a little dark and hard to read the menu but the food and service more than made up for it. I highly recommend the restaurant.

Unique theme and layout. Appetizers were good. Had the watermelon salad, shrimp scampi and bone marrow which were good. Tuna tacos were ok. Drinks were so-so. But we came for the steak, which disappointed. The value for a 50oz tomohawk ribeye was good, but some of the meat was tough to chew. There were some parts we just couldn’t knife through as it was sinewy. I’m a steak lover and this steak was not so good and it lacked flavor.

The ambiance is romantic, and the live musician was a lovely touch. Service was excellent—we were checked on regularly throughout our meal. The food was a solid B. For two people, our total came to around $200, so it’s definitely on the pricier side. One thing to note: our taxi driver repeatedly warned us about the safety of the area and shared that he’d been robbed nearby. While this obviously isn’t the restaurant’s fault, it did leave us feeling a bit uneasy as out-of-towners. That said, once we were inside, we felt totally fine and enjoyed the experience

Wonderful food and great service. I think it deserves the title of best restaurant in Vegas. It’s not too far from the strip. Portion sizes are generous and you do get more value for your money here. Example: 4 ahi tuna app here would have been 2-3 on the strip for another 10 dollars. Dessert (deconstructed banana split) was good but underwhelming if I’m being honest. The waitress knew the menu well and was able to guide our choices. If you’re looking for a great steakhouse without the stuffy steakhouse experience this is your choice.

It's designed to impress with massive steaks and traditional sides and appetizers. The interior is very dark with burning candles and almost dungeon feel. Remember, it is called Primal Steakhouse. Only disappointment was only one size of filet. 8 oz. Other cuts were up to 35 oz. Fun experience.
