   my waiter was top tier, He kept my drink filled, he explained different options on the menu, he explained to my husband exactly how his meal would look. His demeanor is very friendly yet professional and I appreciated that ,, he needs a raise!!!

   Vincent is the best in Fort Smith! The first time I had ever been to Prima Italia was 3 months ago and he remembered everything about my experience. Even what my date was wearing & what she ordered. He is AWESOME!!

   We frequent Prima Italia often to enjoy some of the best in dinning that Fort Smith has to offer. The chiefs prepare excellent cuisine and seasonally change the menu. The servers are very attentive and are quick to resolve any issues. The bartender is more than capable of mixing specialty drinks to suit our particular taste. We especially enjoy the live entertainment that is sometimes provided on Thursday evenings and the decor is first class. Prima Italia is just a great dining experience.

   Service was excellent. Lobster ravioli was disappointing. $42 for six small pieces of ravioli. $7 per piece is a little excessive. Ambiance was great, live music was a tad loud but not too bad. Our server did a great job. Other items were more reasonably priced, but lobster ravioli was a bad choice.

   Steak was average and over priced. Lasagna was warm at best. Nice atmosphere but too many people being loud

   Delicious dinner! The pasta was as fresh as described. Wine selection was nice as well. Hope to return again soon!

   Our server, Vincent (I think), was amazing! He discussed the new menu, had recommendations and promptly took care of our food and drinks! He is very personable and friendly! The food was outstanding! We had wonderful crab cakes to start, followed by my lasagna and my wife’s shrimp alfredo! The flavor and taste was out of this world! Chocolate cheese cake and ice cream with espresso ended the evening with a fantastic sweetness! I highly recommend this restaurant!

    We went to Prima Italio for our 43rd anniversary. Vincent and Tommy really went above and beyond to make it special. The dishes we ordered—Lasagna, Zuppa Tuscana, and the salad wedge—all were delicious, especially with that garlic-infused oil for the bread. And finishing with Tiramisu and coffee was perfect way to top off this special occasion in our marriage!
