   Got a 6pm reservation for Christmas dinner. Got there and was told they are out of the Prime Rib (the only main we were interested in on their fixed menu). Why take reservations? Why advertise on social media a pre-fixed menu for Christmas dinner? Needless to say we spent our $140 ($70 x 2) at the Apparatus Room down the street and had an amazing dinner.

   Each course of the Food was cold yet the service was nice. It was for my mother’s birthday and it was highly unsatisfactory. Will not be visiting again.

   Our first time at Presley Kitchen on Christmas morning but definitely not our last! The decor, the food, our server, everything was great. Reminds me of some of the restaurants in NYC. A lovely addition to the Detroit food scene!

   No zero star option. Service staff untrained. Not able to communicate with customers or how to wait a table. Food was poor- cold, overcooked, tasteless. This was the Christmas Eve dinner so there are no excuses. The place was nearly empty. I can see why. We were served a 4 course dinner in an hour! They wanted us out of there so they could go home maybe?! Marriott should be ashamed to have this restaurant in their hotel, and in such an iconic historic building. It would be so nice to have a lovely restaurant in that space.

   The service was not great. Food was good, priced a little high but on average for the city. The hotel is gorgeous. Could really benefit from customer service improvements.

   Food was very good - service was lacking. We were a group of 4 that arrived at 6:00 pm with a reservation in order to make an 8:00 pm show at the Fox. Dinner orders took almost an hour - we had to scarf down our food - one person had a salad and barely ate half of it because we had no time. We had to call the manager over twice to help. Server was not on top of things, forgot drinks, said our food would be out shortly and then completely avoided our table. The forgotten cocktail appeared - looked and tasted like something from Red Robin.

   Presley’s never disappoints with the quality of their food and drinks. Be prepared to wait quite a while for both, with or without a reservation. I’ve been here 6 times in the past year and each time food took 40-50 mins to be served after ordering. The drinks are awesome, they have an espresso martini machine and they are delicious. Enjoy!!

   The Lobster pasta with the added spice was outstanding. Broccolini which I’m a big fan was cooked perfectly and added to the pasta. All this being said the show stopper was the service from Magdalena. Absolutely amazing.

    Nice venue, great food, good value. Food took almost an hour to come out but there was a Lions & Bills game so it was busy. Would go back, would recommend!
