   My Dad and I wanted to try somewhere new and we are so happy we came to Presley’s! Alex was our server and she was wonderful and Briana the manager was very attentive and helpful also! We will most definitely be back!

   The food and atmosphere was great. My food could have been a bit warmer. Our server was also great. It was a great find and I will go again!

   Had dinner at Presleys Saturday night. The cocktails were amazing. Alyssa T provided incredible service and there valet at the hotel so I didn’t need to find parking in the snow :)

   It took 60mins. to receive our entrees, and they were lukewarm. We received two delicious chocolate chip cookies at the end of our meal, in compensation? That said, our Server, Hannah was EXCEPTIONAL.

   Our food was served quickly and was very tasty. We had the brussel sprouts for an appetiser, and the lobster pasta and salmon and couscous for entrees. It was all very well flavoured and nicely cooked. The gigantic piece of carrot cake was awesome for dessert. Our server Alyssa was friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back to this restaurant in the beautiful David Whitney building.

   The food was great. Ambiance and location wonderful. A little pricey on apps but tasty. Brandon and amber were awesome.

   Took quite a long time to get our food. When we did, my daughter had a long hair in her food that she ended up not eating

   Waited over an hour for entrees- before the restaurant was crowded. Manager did bring a complimentary glass of wine, after our second polite inquiry as to the delay. Did not see our server during the wait. The food was good when it came, but we were rushed because we were on our way to an event.

   The service was extremely slow with several delays. Our meal took almost 45 minutes and came before our appetizers. The staff were hustling, but not very welcoming. They were possibly overwhelmed. The place was packed. We will not be back.

    First and foremost, shoutout to Brandi, she was an absolute angel and did her best to recover our experience from a poor kitchen staff and poor management. Food was not coursed, and all came out at once. The steak was severely undercooked and the “over easy eggs” were about as easy as calculus. The espresso martini was pre-batched, which is fine, however it was extremely underwhelming. On top of this, management seemed to be unconcerned with how diners were feeling in regards to their meals, not really making eye contact or putting forth effort to rectify mistakes. All in all, this place has the bones of a good restaurant, nice ambience, chic decor, a decent cocktail menu, and inventive versions of brunch classics. With that being said, to put it politely, the execution left things to be desired. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but we will not be returning.
