   The bar and the bride set up was so nice! DJ was as good as any in Park City. Staff were all very attentive and the cocktails were amazing.

   Drinks and food were excellent. Service was slow even early on a Friday night. But cool vibe. Loud but cool.

   This is not a restaurant it is a tapas bar without the option for full meals. The service is fantastic the staff saved the experience. It should not be advertised as a dinner place. My husband and I took my nephew who is 24 and we had to take him to Mcdonalds afterwards because he was starving. Dont get me wrong what little food there was was fantastic but definitely not $500 fantastic. This is a place to only be seen or hope to be seen if its not empty which it was when we went.

   The menu we were given was left from there Valentines dinner. Website said nothing about menu substitution. In fact, we were told from waitress that the menu in website had been outdated for some time!

   We were vacationing in Park City and made reservations for Valentine's Day. It was disappointing the menu was not what was posted and was a special Tapas menu. We had a party of four and order four menu items. The portions were incredibly small. When we left there we went to another restaurant to eat. The waitstaff also said there would be no live music due to Valentine's Day.

   I didn’t have the food. But was chill. No live music or dj, but they had music playing. Drinks were ok but some of them were theatrical which was cool

   When Premier opened l;ast year, it had a very eclectic menu. Today, tis been significantly paired down and resembles other middle of the road establishemnts on Main St. I understand that catering to the tourist industry is fincky, however perhaps a return to the more interesting menu will increase traffic - at least from the locals

   We popped in for a date night drink during Sundance. It was nice & I’m sure we will visit again with friends as we come to PC often since we have a second home here. We had already eaten before coming but my husband said there were menu selections that looked appealing to him. He had an old fashion - which he enjoyed & I had the Baby Gorgeous Marg- it was cute but too sweet for me, however I like very tart & bitter cocktails, but I’m sure my girlfriends would love this one. Since we come almost once a month I’m certain we will pop in again. Especially when doing adult trips like this one with or without friends. Cheers 🥂

    Happy that we made a reservation only to be given the worst “table” (if you could consider that) in the place. Come here on a Friday if you want to be placed next to a blaring speaker with lights flashing in your eyes on a little stool and not met with friendliness when asking to kindly shift. Needless to say, did not stay but there are plenty of fantastic and friendly alternatives nearby
