   We booked the New Year’s Eve dinner. Overall, the service was very good but the food was very overrated. The first and second course of the fixed menu were very good, we got hamachi crudo, octopus, baked halloumi, scallops, Avacado with crab. Caviar service was good. Main courses were not worth the value. Salmon was dry and tasteless. Wagyu was good, and chicken tagine was alright. Desert was a giant portion and the baklava was not baklava.

   Very small Portions.. Dont come here hungry.. Branzino was good but way overpriced at $100

   I had high expectations with this restaurant because I heard great reviews; however, even though I put on the reservation that it was my wedding anniversary, there was not especial treatment ( they sat us close to the bathroom) Maybe I got spoiled with other high end restaurants like Ocean Prime or Bern’s were they at least acknowledged especial occasions. Anyway, the food was ok, the service was a little slow. It’s good to go with friends, but I don’t recommend it to go for especial occasions.

   Our experience was far from enjoyable, starting from the moment we arrived. After being greeted by the hostess, we were left standing in the middle of the restaurant for a good two minutes while she hurried back to the stand to check our table number. Once seated, we ordered cocktails then both appetizers and entrées, only to have them all arrive at the same time. When we inquired why our food came out together, the waitress casually responded, “Oh, my bad! I thought you wanted it all at once.” To make matters worse, all the food was lukewarm at best, suggesting that it had been sitting in the kitchen for too long. Even our dessert coffees arrived cold. Overall, the service left much to be desired, contributing to a disappointing dining experience.

   Food is beautifully present and fresh. We went for brunch and ordered a variety of Mezza. There is no bread brought to table or offered. Listed on menu with dips or as side focaccia. Would have been a gracious touch to have a sample portion upon arrival with some bread sticks. Being mediterranean influenced, it is a staple on the table. Especially considering the price of plates. Summer fattoush was very small portion. We order bread during mezza but it took so long we were done before it arrived. Saganaki was plain not in phyllo, no za'atar. Crispy brussels, zucchini chips, and potato stroma were great. Pistachio stuffed brioche the winning plate.

   The lights should be a little lower in the main dining area and the music could stand to be lowered a notch or two. But the food and wine were on point.

   Great restaurant! Zucchini chips were perfect… mezza plate was delicious! Scallops are 3 large and tasty pieces. I would stick to the fish dishes!
