When we arrived at the restaurant we found that it was closed!! We received no prior notification from either open table or the restaurant. I find this disturbing and unprofessional. I now have reservations about using Open Table again

We ate there before The food and service was outstanding. This time, not so much. We made a reservation on open table and got a reservation. When we got there, there was a party in progress and they wouldn’t seat us. They told us they were having communication problems with open table. Additionally, they told us they were no longer honoring Groupons. Thankfully, Groupon refunded our money. I didn’t like the way we were treated. I won’t be going back.

We used a Groupon and enjoyed our own appetizers, a double Lobster 🦞Tail dinner , dessert and a bottle of Berlinger White Zinfandel wine. A wonderful, delicious meal.
