   Was probably one of the worse experiences we had. I booked for a party of 30 and was very specific that people would be coming and going throughout the night. Our server changed several times. It was a busy night ( AFC championship). At 8 we were told the kitchen was closing and that they close at 9, for a staff Christmas party. No problem, staff works hard they deserve a party. It would have been nice to know this when we booked as other plans could have been arranged. ( I called the venue after I made reservation to make sure they are okay to accommodate, open table couldn’t have known the venues plans to close that night). Not a very good experience as we felt rushed and most of the time forgotten about.

   Service was outstanding even to the point of extra assistance I securing gluten free entrees and apps the food was ample and well presented we couldnot add for better experience

   Wonderful food and staff, we booked a large group of 20 for a improptu dinner during a busy Saturday and holiday season… lots of meal options to suit everyone and some great daily special’s …. everyone’s meals came together, hot and everyone enjoyed their meals… servers were attentive and overall it was a wonderful experience…I look forward to returning to try something

   Place was packed, understaffed. Tool 30 minutes just to get a drink. Our server worked hard but clearly they needed more to help her

   Excellent! We celebrated my son's 18th birthday at the Portley Piper. We love this restaurant. We are regulars and I can honestly say that we have not had a bad experience. The quality, quantity and presentation of their food is mouth watering. From the moment we walk in, the level of service is welcoming and professional. Thank you for being consistent with your Service.

    We were originally set in the front room but it was too noisy so I asked to be moved somewhere quieter and we were but as the evening moved on the music level increased at the back also making it difficult to have a conversation. Our server Ashley was amazing and brought out the birthday cake with candles lit and our guest of honour was quite surprised.
