   A comfortable booth for four people right near the main door was fine for us. A quiet lunchtime was probably a prelude to a crazy Valentines evening. It would be no surprise as the food was plentiful and the service first class and I'm sure everyone would be more than satisfied. We'll be back.

   Ash & Maya were fantastic staff, the food was delicious and it's a lovely atmosphere. Would recommend the Sirloin, a great cut of meat, great flavour, great texture.

   Steak was really flavourless which was a real disappointment. All the accompaniments were superb.

   A steakhouse that keeps getting better. I recommend you order from the dry aged specials, they are at another level

   It was our first time at Porters steakhouse which was booked for my partners birthday and we absolutely loved it! From the drinks to the food it was all amazing. Will definitely be back!

    Perhaps as towards the end of serving time at 5pm and the place was not busy that we did not get the best sunday roast beef dinner. Food arrived ready plated and swimming in gravy - good for some. But this soggued the excellent roast potatoes and swamped the rest of veg. But the major disappointing element was the meat. 3 very large thick generous slices but were so tough to cut with the steak knife that you had to make space for the plate movement. Thinner slices would have been better I think. The 8oz fillet with salad and chips was better but overall was disappointing food for the price paid. The wine and drinks were good, but again not cheap. Service was friendly and efficient.
