   Porta Rossa has to be one of the best new restaurants in the country. They should award them a Michelin Star it's that outstanding. The atmosphere is full of laughter and joy, the service is impeccable, and the food is incredible along with a suberb wine list. Highly recommend.

   The food was very good. I had short ribs and chop salad. Small venue not a lot of tables. Wine prices were average but not overly inflated . Our service was very good.

   With a full house the place gets pretty loud, so be ready for that. The service was quite good, but for as small at the restaurant is, it could have been better. There are only about 10-13 tables in the establishment. There are times we had to wait on the waitstaff to serve us. A bit more attentiveness would have made the experience better. The food was quite good. Properly seasoned. Delicious. I had the pork cheek ravioli which was exceptional. My only complaint would be that there were only four ravioli on the plate leaving me wanting more. Five to six would have been a better portion size. My wife had the vegetarian lasagna. In this case, the portion size was quite large. About ¾ the size would have been a proper portion. I ate some of it since my wife could not finish it. Although good, there are a few items that could have made it better. The duxelles was a mistake. My wife and I found ourselves searching for the mushroom in the dish as it was overpowered by all of the other components. Slicing the mushrooms would have allowed a clear presence of the mushroom to be realized. Secondly. the extra sauce on the plate was unnecessary; it overpowered the lasagna when paired with it. There was what appeared to be a basil oil on the plate, but it was mostly covered by the extra red sauce on the place, so we were not able to sample it. These are sort of "minor" things on the whole. The food was delicious, the waitstaff did a decent job and was very friendly. The ambiance was a bit loud, but in such a small place with brick walls, one cannot expect a quieter environment. We would certainly recommend, and we will certainly be going back again.

   One of the best steaks I ever had. Great sever, Aaron. Drinks great, salad great all of us were very happy. Will definitely go back. Excellent all around. Thank you.

   Authentic homemade Italian. Waitress was awesome and service was quick. We enjoyed it very much and the pasta was as good as when we were in Italy last summer! Will add this restaurant to our list of go-to spots.

   We enjoyed our dinner. The food was delicious. Everything we tried we would order again. Our waiter was excellent. He was very helpful and described everything beautifully. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful experience.

   Excellent, creative, and well executed selection. Wait service couldn’t be better. As a restaurant dedicated to serving Italian food, basic bread should’ve been offered as a free accompaniment, rather than a large serving of inappropriate ciabatta bread for $10. We felt that the noise level was too high, and could’ve been ameliorated by the restaurant designer adding some sound deadening soft surfaces, such as a few wall tapestries were baffles on the ceiling. Virtually all the surfaces in the restaurant were hard and non-sound absorbing. The background music, though relatively soft, increase the noise level slightly, and was not relaxing. In spite of the above critique, I give the Restaurant a high rating, and will return, preferably when it is less busy, and therefore less noisy.
