   Second time visits The food was outstanding. Truffle fries appetizer very nice Three main dishes, salmon with mashed potatoes perfect in taste and donenes. Grouper really good also and short ribs with polenta wow Butter scotch crème boule the best. Wine list limited to domestic but ok. Highly recommend .

   Always wonderful, the food is delicious and the wait staff (especially Calvin) is so friendly and professional. Really good tenderloin steak and all the fish dishes are so good, I especially love the corn chowder with shrimp and crab that accompanies the seafood. My husband wishes the wine list included wines from countries other than America as he loves Rioja and Montepulchiano.

   Food was very good but wish they would make the fish dishes simpler and not on top of something else . Really camouflaged the fish. More expensive than other restaurants in town.foo needs to be cleaner

   Just not it. Every aspect of it. Steak Tartare was alright and had plenty of side bits like onions, capers, mustard, etc. but the delivery method was just poorly executed. The crostini's are not it. Super hard crouton like. Also the tartare itself was overthought by a yard. Why have capers on the side if you have capers in it? Our waitress was great but this is fine dining. Why don't you have floating service? Waiting to pay with my "assigned" wait staff is silly when several other servers are checking on their tables. I had the steak and it was overcooked. "Oh, everyone says their meat is overcooked but don't know what their looking at!" No. I asked for medium and while mine did have a pink center it was only in the center. Like the middle middle quarter sized section. The rest was gray. It was seasoned really well though. The accompaniments were meh. The blue cheese vinaigrette was just vinaigrette. You could not taste anything else. The horseradish was alright. Only standout star for me was the twice baked potato. Excellent! Macallan 12 sherry cask was nice. Butterscotch creme brule was okay and the coconut cake was not at all what we hoped. The cake was really cold and hard and not very moist at all. I had almost the exact same meal at the steakhouse in Carolina Beach at half the price point and twice the attention to detail in service and taste. Very very disappointing. This felt more like a special occasion type restaurant than a quality fine dining experience.

   There were 4 in our party. Each course was expertly prepared from filet mignon, to Salmon & Ahi Tuna. Our waiter Cal was excellent, very attentive and we were not rushed. Extensive wine list.

    The food was very good. Preparations unusual. The only problem I had was with the menu.v Prior to arriving I looked on line at the menu. When we arrived the entrees I was interested in trying were not available. I understand that to all dishes can be prepared but it was a disappointment. It might me a good idea to add a disclaimer to the on line menu stating that not all entrees are available. That would help people being disappointed as I was in not being able to get the venison. Our server Joe was very attentive, but not overly so
