   It was our first time eating at Ponto Lago. It was a great experience. The food was perfectly prepared with creative elements accompanying each dish. The staff were pleasant. Our wait staff were attentive, communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. They knew the exact times to engage with us. Overall an excellent experience at a reasonable price for the level of service and cuisine.

   Our server Alejandro made our dining experience extra special. He was super attentive. The food is outstanding and all our meals were delicious and had great presentation. Ponto Lago is a wonderful restaurant and we are lucky that we live in the neighborhood so we will be back soon!

   Party of five for Thanksgiving Experience. It was a set menu with the choice of entree and everything else served family style. Everything was fantastic! The food was plenty and timed just right to actually enjoy everything and not feel rushed. The ambience was pleasant and relaxed even in fine dining. The vegetarian mushroom paella was absolutely amazing! I could be a vegetarian on this dish alone, hah. The swordfish and the prime rib were amazing too. We had a great time and will absolutely come back to Ponto Lago when in town. Thank you for making our holiday special !

   Excellent Thanksgiving dinner and experience. Two guys had the 18 ounce bone-in prime rib which they said was excellent, flavorful and tender. Girls had the turkey which was also very good. Loved the family style starters and appetizers with Mexican emphasis, ceviche was very good, guacamole and salsa not too spicy and as my husband says “if they were for sale he would have bought them” . Desserts were also very good, two had the chocolate cake and one had sweet potato pie. Everyone was happy with their choice.

   We really enjoyed the food, the service was quite slow but understandable given it was a night before thanksgiving. The ambience is rated low because there were several screaming kids throughout our dinner that made the evening miserable and again understand it is a family establishment and the night before thanksgiving.

   We celebrated our anniversary here and Norma and Angel took great care of us. Food and wine were outstanding. Plan to come back next year!

   The food was good. The service was not very good. It was slow and not very attentive. The room did not have a good ambiance and there were many tables with young children.
