We always enjoy our meals at Plate. We had a new server today who was amazing, Nicholas. He was very attentive, throught of all the small details and enhanced our experience there. Definitely 5 star service! My hisband and I are gluten free and tend to get the same meal each time we go. Appetizer: we split the Burrata and Procuitto and Carpaccio plates Dinner: We split the NY Strio which we have cut gamily style with a side of risotto and baby broccoli. Dessert: decaf coffee and Budino Thanks for a great meal!

The food was good. Explanations on dishes was a little iffy. The table we were seated at was pretty noisy right by the kitchen. Next time we will ask for a different location. We had all been here before and much preferred seating in other areas of the restaurant.

This is the best restaurant in Johnson County, KS. Well managed, excellent kitchen and professional service team to make their patrons feel special. I find Plate to be my favorite dining establishment for business lunch and date night. Food is well presented and the wait staff is friendly and engaging.

Food was very good. Wine was not very exciting. Service was excellent. Ambiance was not as cozy as the one in 63rd St. We were all having cold feet by the time we finished lunch.

We have been visiting Plate for about 6 months, we love the ambiance and menu choices. Tonight we had Drake as our waiter for the 1st time tonight, he was very professional, had a great attitude and offered great service! We will be requesting Drake next time we visit!!

First time and it was great! Food was exceptional and our waiter (Joey) was great! We had the Pasta Prix Fixe (for two) and we both ordered the Bolognese which is amazing! We have been looking for a good Italian restaurant in KC and we found it. The only recommendation is when making reservations - the hightop seating is small table (only for 2) so if you like alot of room I would not do the hightop. We had barely enough room for our food & bread but we made do.

Plate has always had great food and solid variety of choices. I like the ambience which isn't too loud and allows good conversation when we typically go which is lunch on weekdays and early dinners on weekends. So far, the service has been good to great.
