This was our first visit. The front has a large bar where many people were having oysters during their happy hour special and it was bustling. The rest of the restaurant is diner-like and quieter. Once the bar cleared out, the whole restaurant was quieter. We were disappointed that one of the market fish specials was out but we had the redfish from the main menu and were not disappointed. The food was all good, the service was very good as well. We'll be back.

The Asian salad was delicious. The service was pretty good. The fish sandwich was good with a good portion. But the prices are very high for what you get and for the ambience. The lunch selections are very limited

Best happy hour in Austin ! We loved the oysters, delicious sushi rolls, and fish tacos! Cam was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional!

The service was inconsistent. We waited for nearly 30 minutes for our meals and after a manager delivered it to our table, our waitress checked on us too much, asking us over and over again how we liked our food. Some of the food was pretty good (the chips in the fish and chips) but the fried fish had truly no flavor.

Plank is becoming one of our favorites. A comfortable, energetic atmosphere, great for date night or get together with friends. Our waiter was busy but he had it all under control, a real pro. The food met all expectations, really like the menu choices and it’s all good. We enjoyed the crab cakes, red fish with broccoli and potatoes. And the chocolate dessert.
