We are proud to be the first pinseria in Arizona.

What is Pinsa?
Long before the days of pizza, Pinsa was introduced and crafted by the Romans using wheat, soy and rice flours as the main ingredients in the dough. The resulting Pinsa contained less gluten, less carbs and less fat while maintaining a crispy yet light crust when baked therefore making it more digestible yet still delizioso.

    The chicken piccata and fettuccine were delicious. Outdoor dining was very nice and our waitress was very attentive. Can't wait to go back on our next trip.

    We have been to Pizzicata a number of times. We are not regulars at any place. But the Chef's Special under Pasta was disappointing. It was long on pasta and very short on meat. Serving it on a plate was not quite right. A bowl would have been better. We will return for it's good pizza and other dishes.

    Good once again outstanding . Love the Bruschettas and the Pizzicata is better than a flatbread with wonderful topping choices . Love our server Noah ! Warm and friendly guy always!

    The service is always great at llunch here, today was no exception. Attentive, friendly, made us completely comfortable even tho our waitress was the only one serving on the patio.

    Pizzicato was a great experience. The Atomica pinza and the Gorgonzola gnocchi were excellent. We sat outside on a cool clear late fall evening and enjoyed the beautiful Spanish Village courtyard. Service was fun, friendly and helpful. Just a lovely Wednesday evening dinner!

    The choice of wine by the glass was very good. Our calamari was very good but not enough for $19, need to double the size of the portion. My Chicken Marsala was excellent . Gnocchi was excellent with plenty of sauce. Chicken Picatta was a 9 out of 10. Our server was her first day and she did an excellent job , the food was a little slow to come out which was not a problem and she kept checking on us. Also , would like to see a little bread served before the meals .
