Champagne and Hot Dogs are a classic pairing that is sadly under celebrated. Not only are we pairing unique dogs with all sorts of sparkling wine, but we have also bribed two of the most handsome men in the wine industry to serve it! Peter Smolarz and Taylor Simpson will pour delicious hand selected bubbles in between debating whose blue eyes sparkle more.

Without a doubt, the pizza amazing; the reception was somewhat clumsy without any effort to provide good hosting. I can understand that perhaps the person at the bar was the one who welcomed us, it would be good to improve that. The salmon appetizer was just good (the balance of acidity in the vinaigrette was very high; perhaps the ratio of vinegar to oil was incorrect), but the pizza is extraordinary, the ingredients are of excellent quality, and you can perceive that in every bite."

A beautiful space with beautiful food and wonderfully attentive service! The pizza dough is perfectly chewy and the cauliflower dish was to die for, we absolutely loved it and I’ll be thinking about it for a very long time! Can’t wait to go back and have it again!!!

We’ve been at least 10 times since August. Initially thought buckwheat in the dough was unnecessary but it grew on me. Appreciate the unique ingredients that they use (not common in Calgary), especially the zucchini blossoms (will expect next year :) ) and the care that the kitchen shows. The chef define has repertoire. I hope to see the same maturity on the dessert menu soon.
