   It was ok, lady that took our order was quite impatient with us. But overall was good, food and also the other gentleman that served us and took other orders from us were really polite.

   We made this reservation over 3 months prior to our visit as we were visiting from the US and were super excited to try this place. We were greeted right away, however, after that, it all went downhill. We barely received any attention from the wait staff and had to flag them down several times to place an order. After waiting 30 minutes for dessert, we asked to cancel. They finally did arrive with dessert and provided them to us 'on the house', so that was nice, but to be honest, the service was just horrid. The music was also so loud, I could not hold a conversation with the people I was with. Not a pleasant dining experience at all. Food was great - ambience and service were so disappointing.

   21h30 on a weeknight : 2 expressos denied because the machine was already turned off ( suggestion for next time : switch it on) Dining room still full of guests eating their dinner. Waitress at a loss as to how to react. If service were more present at table rather than ignoring us for more than 30 mins, we would have been able to order coffee before the ridiculously early coffeeshed time. You need to be better than that in such a competitive environment. Repeat custom is based on customer experience and there loads of other options in the area I will chose before returning to your establishment.

   Great fun for an evening out with our grandchildren and nephew. Good atmosphere.

   Returned after a couple of years, pizzas thinner, carbonated water extortianate, chat bot telephone service annoying, bill considerably larger, what has changed? Ah, G Ramsay takeover

   Nice pizza and nice environment. It was a busy night so it was too loud plus sometimes difficult to get served. Girls were doing their best! Starters: zucchini was great Pizza: we tried 2 of them- bother very nice Tiramisu was great!

   The music is horrible. So loud, it’s like being in a cheap club. Barely able to speak to anyone on your table due to it. They also billed us for a beer they never brought (£9) Put ice in my whiskey (x2 at £11) and then instead of pouring another just removed the ice and topped it up. Also forgot to bring our lasagne and had to ask for it. Annoyingly as we were a group of 8 the guy paying didn’t realise this issues. So he was down £31 for no reason. Never going here again. Shame the pizza was quite nice.

   It is not the Pizza East I remember, the pizza is not as good as it used to be, the calamari among the worst I have ever tried. The service was good, very friendly and smiley waitress! Will not come back even though I live in the area.

    Been here multiple times; food consistently delivers; service has never been a problem except for this visit. I’ll let it pass as this is a favorite in London.
