    Had a wonderful experience last evening for dinner. Our server Dario(sp) was outstanding, not hovering but present when you needed him. He also was very pleasant and fun! Food was truly outstanding, everything was prepared as order and kitchen cut perfect medium rare prime rib. Keep up the great work Dario and Pittsburgh Blue, highly recommend, see you again!

    Cody is a great manager and wine connoisseur, really enjoyed talking with him. Kurt was our server, knowledgeable about the menu and hospitable. Try the lamb pops as an appetizer. Great wine list, strongly recommend for a great evening.

    Walleye was stiff as aboard and no real flavor… like wood. Salmon had a very fishy taste My wife’s burger was way over cooked.

    The service and atmosphere made for a great dining experience. The food however was either over buttered or simply a little too dry. The proteins were cooked well but it was mainly the sides of sauces that lacked in both flavor or were prepared subpar compared to what the price was for them.
