We had reservations for 8:15 p.m. Upon arrival, we approached the hostess, who informed us that we would be seated shortly. The waitress was attentive, but unfortunately, the food arrived at room temperature. The beer and the food were both cold. The fish tacos were poorly prepared, and when we escalated the matter to a manager, he dismissed our concerns and offered to refund the ticket. This response did not meet our expectations, and we requested that the food be remade. However, upon receiving the corrected meal, the staff merely scraped off the previous item and repositioned the food without our consent. Disappointed with the overall experience at Pinstack, we decided to leave after paying for our drinks and appetizer. This unfortunate incident ruined our Valentine’s Day reservation, which could have been avoided by choosing a different establishment. While the waitress’s service was commendable, we will not be returning to Pinstack.

This was our first time eating in the restaurant. The food was very good and we enjoyed it. We will definitely go there again.

I took my work team out to Pinstack for dinner and bowling. The restaurant service was terrible. I made reservations and they didn't have the table ready despite being extremely slow. We waited at the bar while the hostess set the table up and she never came to let us know it was ready so we sat ourselves. A waiter did not come to greet us and take drink orders for a good 10 minutes. Service was extremely slow. Waiter did not ask how we wanted steaks cooked and wasn't helpful when we let him know one of the steaks was not cooked how we wanted it. Overall the dining experience was terrible. The bowling was great, we had a lot of fun. The waitress in the VIP bowling area was awesome.

We took our four kids to Pinstack for dinner and games and I am so thankful that it was worth the money. It is pricey, but absolutely worth a visit for a special occasion or date night. The food was really good. You never know with entertainment places like this, but I am happy to say EVERYTHING we had was on point. The fried pickles were amazing and my Smokehouse burger was so flavorful. It has a great selection of games and the climbing wall and bumper cars were a hit with all four of my kids. All in all, we will definitely be back!

First timers and were excited to eat there! Restaurant was slow maybe 2 tables our reservations was at 1pm. Kids pizzas did not taste good our kids didn’t eat it. Service was slowwwwwww our order came out wrong waited for refills forever!!! Couldn’t imagine going there when it’s busy probably worse. They need to step up on their service and the taste of their food. Thankfully the play area was clean!

The whole experience is just bad bad bad. Half the restaurant is empty, the “hostess” doesn’t even acknowledge anyone’s arrival- just looks like a ghost scared to talk to people. Had to wait to be acknowledged and had to wait to be seated even though we had a reservation and there were plenty of open seats. Whole restaurant was dirty. This place hasn’t even been open a few months and everything from the light fixtures to the seats, the window ledge next to the booths, everything was filthy. Food came out an hour later and was literally thrown on the plate with burnt pieces of black leftover grill gunk mixed in along with random piece of tomato and miscellaneous food particles that were not part of our plates. Only two servers in the main hall and one for the outdoor covered seating. And they were out of everything we tried to order! Even the shakes! Every table was trying to waive down help. No manager or supervisor in sight. Then to the play area- a third of the games were out of service. NONE of the front machines to get game cards were working- you had to know there were additional card machines towards the back or you were SOL because there is no one around to help. 3 games took our credits and didn’t work. It’s a super fantastic concept in an ideal location but doomed to fail because of poor management/ownership. Someone is really dropping the ball like a fireball to hell. Note this is the 4th time we’ve visited since this location opened and it has become progressively worse. Really really hope they can turn it around. But by the looks of it I think it’s too far gone straight downhill.

Service could have been better. However seemed as if they only had one server so… Waited a long time to be greeted, waited a long time to get drinks, waited a long time to check out as well.

I know they just opened but service is service. We ate at the restaurant it was a large party of 8 of us. We could barely hear our waiter through the very loud music. But he repeated our order back correctly. Once the food came they messed up one of my guest order and one guest didn’t get her food until 15 minutes after everyone else. I got bacon app to which the bacon was burnt. Manager did come over and offered us free game cards which was a nice bonus and took their food off which is why I rated over all a 3 the games are fun but kinda pricey so $10 doesn’t get you much. But overall game room experience was the kids had a lot of fun! I will give the restaurant one more try in the future but I would go just got the games!

They sat my group on the corner of the restaurant by the kitchen entrance and exit, which was very disappointing. The margarita I ordered tasted horrible, so I asked for another one. The second was tasted just as horrible but with more mixer.

We decided to dine in for my husband's birthday celebration. He selected this place because of all the draft handles they have and also our grandkids would enjoy bowling. I made a reservation for both dining at 6:45 and bowling at 8:30. Something was wrong with their draft beer so they had no draft of any kind. We ordered drinks in the dining rm. They never arrived. We didn't get our food until 7:55pm. I ordered my steak medium it was rare. The one waitress was working the entire restaurant. She never came back to check on my steak. Therefore, I didn't eat! The kids ordered pizza and stated it was good. Then on to bowling our pins kept getting stuck. We had two lanes and the other lane took their turns twice before we took our turn it took at least 30 minutes of our time very annoying! This was lane 11. Overall not a pleasant experience 😕
