   Fantastic booth for our group. Server was awesome, helped us find the best items for our crowd. Loved the ambiance and cocktails were perfection!

   Great food - unfortunately we were rushed. Salads came within 5 minutes of ordering them. Main entrees were served as we were finishing salads. Fine dining has a “pace”. This was WAY too FAST. We mentioned to server that we received entrees too quickly, she apologized. I asked her to mention to chef - disparate a manager or chef didn’t come over to apologize. Had our salads and entrees in less than 35 minutes. Food was well prepared and tasty.

   Restaurant was extremely busy and despite having a reservation, we were seated 30 minutes late. Everyone was being seated late at least 20 minutes and it seemed they were shuffling next available table to the group who complained first. Uneven treatment - some people were allowed to stand by the bar and order drinks, whereas we were asked to leave the bar area. Once seated, food and service were great. They apologized for the late seating and treatment, but it was such a shame because the restaurant was nice and the food was good. Wouldn’t return due to the trouble and stress of being seated.

   We always love the food here. Everyone ordered something different and everyone liked their food. The drinks are fun, interesting and well mixed.

   Excellent service, delicious food, wonderful atmosphere with incredible art on the walls. The server was knowledgeable and attentive. Some of the best sea bass that I have ever eaten. A nice wine list to compliment the meal. I highly recommend Pine Cone Ridge.

    At our table we had the sea bass, a filet, and a salmon entree, a few house salads, and a few cocktails. Overall, the entrees were well done. Presentation was good and everyone enjoyed their entrees. The house salads were ok, but tasted like they may have been sitting for too long with the dressing on them as the lettuce was pretty soggy and just didn’t taste very fresh. They weren’t bad, just not great. The only frustrating part of our experience was that we arrived on time for our reservation. We were seated promptly by a very friendly hostess, which was great. However, once we were seated we sat for 15 minutes without a waiter stopping at our table. Many servers walked by, but nobody stopped. It was so bizarre. My husband had to go to the hostess stand to let her know that nobody had stopped by. The manager handled it well, but when you are paying $60-70/entree, this just shouldn’t happen. Also, the manager brought us a bread basket as an apology, which was very nice as it was tasty and was a $12 bread basket…but the waitress put it on our bill. We also saw the waitress talking with other servers after she was spoken to by the manager and then they would look over at our table. It just sorta ruined our experience. We were never rude about it, in fact we were quite the opposite as I could tell the waitress was overwhelmed and I did feel bad, but again, no apology from her for the delay, which is honestly all you need to do…and not charge for something that we didn’t order ;) Manager was great though! Very friendly. Just some training needed for the other staff.
