   At our table we had the sea bass, a filet, and a salmon entree, a few house salads, and a few cocktails. Overall, the entrees were well done. Presentation was good and everyone enjoyed their entrees. The house salads were ok, but tasted like they may have been sitting for too long with the dressing on them as the lettuce was pretty soggy and just didn’t taste very fresh. They weren’t bad, just not great. The only frustrating part of our experience was that we arrived on time for our reservation. We were seated promptly by a very friendly hostess, which was great. However, once we were seated we sat for 15 minutes without a waiter stopping at our table. Many servers walked by, but nobody stopped. It was so bizarre. My husband had to go to the hostess stand to let her know that nobody had stopped by. The manager handled it well, but when you are paying $60-70/entree, this just shouldn’t happen. Also, the manager brought us a bread basket as an apology, which was very nice as it was tasty and was a $12 bread basket…but the waitress put it on our bill. We also saw the waitress talking with other servers after she was spoken to by the manager and then they would look over at our table. It just sorta ruined our experience. We were never rude about it, in fact we were quite the opposite as I could tell the waitress was overwhelmed and I did feel bad, but again, no apology from her for the delay, which is honestly all you need to do…and not charge for something that we didn’t order ;) Manager was great though! Very friendly. Just some training needed for the other staff.

   Extremely freindly staff, very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Our experience started with our host Lily who was very helpful with suggestions on the menu. Victor our server was professional and also very knowledgable with the menu. Atmosphere was sophisticated cozy we loved it! 👍👍 Ron and Maggie

   Beautiful restaurant. Service was good. I ordered the braised lamb shank, it came out cold and not much flavor, it was a a disappointing dish. My husband had the bison and it was delicious. I also had the clams appetizer, it was tasty. My husband had the romaine wedge salad- it wasn't a wedge at all, just a few large leaves of romaine- not what he expected. Your expecting a wedge. Drinks were good. Not sure if I would return due to value and many other options in Park City.

   The sea bass was fabulous, as was the carpaccio appetizer. Disappointed with PCR's version of a chocolate soufflé, which was really nothing more than a cupcake sized brownie turned on its top. Not a souffle! Our server was excellent, and actually tried to steer us towards the baked alaska, which would have been a far better choice.

   While the service was excellent ( Rachel) the food was mediocre. The feta appetizer was great, the potato soup was tasteless. The chicken and dumplings was equally mediocre. We were amazed at the corkage fee of $35/bottle as well. We won’t be going back when there are so many good options for restaurants in town.

   Main dining room: nice atmosphere but…Rib appetizer- no flavor, some of our food served cold and had to be reheated, mediocre service, and over priced for the quality of food. We won’t be back. We may have had a different experience in the bar area. They have a different menu.
