Arrived on time for our reservation, but needed to wait 20mins for a table and saw other people who arrived after us got seated. Limited food options and a requirement to order at least 3 dishes. Pil Pil was extremely disappointing, mostly shrimp heads. It took almost 3 hours to get our 3 courses. High prices for very average food.

Lovely little wine bar tucked on a pedestrian-only side street in Temple Bar. Easy-going vibe with a good number of options. Went solo for dinner and was well-taken care of. Would recommend the piglet ragu!

Very poor food. A wide selection of food difficult to understand. We tried two dishes (chorizo and prawns) that were really not accettable. 59 euros of bill for 3 prawns, 2 scalops,1 toasted bread with chorizo and 2 peroni beers (yes, they brought us 2 peroni after having asked 2 beers in Ireland) seems a bit too much. Waiters nice. Definitely not recommended

I had my first opportunity to eat in Piglet Wine bar on Saturday. We were lucky in that the weather was good so we ate outside. The wine list is extensive but the moderate priced wines are superb. The food was fabulous. We had the chorizo bruschetta prawns to start and then the cote de boeuf. The best we have had. Desserts were delicious. We will be back.
