We ordered starters and main meals for 3 persons. All food was delivered at the same time. Other than the mains getting cold the small table was extremely cramped with 3 drinks, 7 plates of food. Otherwise an excellent dining venue with good quality food.

Table service generally means waiters will take your food/drinks orders at your table, not that you need to order via some app and order/get your own drinks at the bar on the other side of the venue. Waiters having to be called multiple times to get attention and also not being aware of what tables have been booked is not acceptable. Really it was a disappointing experience that I'll not be repeating or recommending to friends.

The staff were very friendly helping me to order via my mobile and complete payment so we could just leave at the end . Great recommendations on wine choice just great overall customer service.

When we arrived they forgot about the booking and they were not prepared whatsoever Every time we asked where things they would tells us but no apologise for what was happening which is customer services one of one We were given food that we did not order and when our food came the waitress dropped some of the food

The staff were very accomodating as we had to add extra chairs, they were friendly, approachable and helpful (oh and patient!) we had such a lovely evening for our farewell drinks! I would book again in a heart beat for our next event. Thank you for a great night! :)

The staff was amazing. The food was excellent. Background noise was moderate. The only thing I hated - was ordering via an app. The damn thing just would not work on my phone.
