Could not order food through app on table despite being told to do this. Only 2 staff taking orders Long wait to order drinks 30 minutes Even longer for food- we gave up and went elsewhere

Your staff were capable but not very friendly (disinterested is the word that comes to mind - maybe I'm being unfair as it must be hard to welcome someone when you wear a mask). We didn't feel welcomed. The food was Ok but not special. We came because we had seen the Toad in the Hole with Lincolnshire sausages on your FB page. The Yorkshire pudding was crisp on top but soggy at the base. I had the Guinness pie which was OK but just a bowl with a crust on. The veggies and potato were tasteless and looked old. The beer was fine.

Cold chips was served with 3 meals and the other 2 was fine. We must have had the ines cooked previously for another table.

The restaurant was advertised online as open however upon arrival we waited for 15 minutes and no one let us in
