Pierpont's at Union Station has been providing food and service as memorable as the historic setting since its inception in 1999. Named for railroad baron J.P. (Pierpont) Morgan, Pierpont's serves perfectly aged prime steaks and fresh seafood arriving daily. To complement your culinary selections, we maintain an extensive wine list featuring bottles from all over the globe, as well as boast a gorgeous 2-story bar equipped with a rolling library ladder.

Our Private Dining Rooms-located in the Wine Cellar, along with the Pierpont's Belvedere Room on the 2nd floor overlooking Grand Hall, offer more intimate settings for groups of 6 to 60. They are perfect for business or entertaining guests and each room is individually decorated, offering an exceptional place to celebrate a special occasion, close the deal, or have a gathering with friends.

                Sunday brunch - so pleasant and the food so good. The service was elevated and so friendly and warm at the same time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a starter of baked oysters, and brunch entrees of the chicken and biscuit and sweet potato hash. Wonderful and warm on a frosty Sunday in Kansas City.

                My last few visits to Pierpont’s are my fondest memories I have of connecting with close friends. Every item I’ve had has been curated to perfection. It’s a Kansas City Classic!

                Such a spectacular dining room! The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive - thanks to Lizzie. De-lish-uss Bloody Mary, loved the fresh croutons on NY Caesar, and the shrimp and grits with added poached eggs were perfect! Hope to be back!

                Nice evening out during restaurant week. Waitress forgot our mushrooms, ordered menu vs restaurant week promotion, but comped dessert. Enjoyed our evening at Union Station and Pierponts.

                Every person involved in our service was wonderful. Crusty bread was great. We both chose the beet salad which was delicious & lightly dressed. I chose a bison ribeye (upgrade) that was out of this world! She agreed after I shared a bite. My mashed potatoes were just right. My wife’s salmon was perfect, tender with a nice crust on top. She was unsure of the broth at first but soon loved it as well. The hint of spice made the flavor a lot more interesting with the noodle combo. The added bits of bacon & sautéed onion were wonderful additions. Desserts were pumpkin crème brûlée- reminded me of pumpkin pie flavors but lighter. She loved the dark chocolate cheesecake. It was exactly what she hoped it would be. Sweet Perfection.
